1. Returns for Purchased Bots

Eligibility: Customers may return products within 10 days of receiving their order.

Conditions for Returns: - 
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

2. Refunds for Purchased Bots

Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. 
3. Returns for Rented Bots
- 
Eligibility: Refunds for rental fees are not provided once the rental period has started. 
- 
Early Returns: If you return the rental equipment early, please refer to the Rental Agreement for any applicable adjustments. 
- 
Damaged Equipment: Charges may apply for any damage to the rental equipment, as outlined in the Rental Agreement. 
4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
