Return And Refund Policy

1. Returns for Purchased Bots

  • Eligibility: Customers may return products within 10 days of receiving their order.

  • Conditions for Returns:

    • The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition.

    • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

  • Process:

    • We will provide instructions for returning the item.

2. Refunds for Purchased Bots

  • Refund Timeline: Once we receive the returned item, refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days.

  • Method of Refund: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

3. Returns for Rented Bots

  • Eligibility: Refunds for rental fees are not provided once the rental period has started.

  • Early Returns: If you return the rental equipment early, please refer to the Rental Agreement for any applicable adjustments.

  • Damaged Equipment: Charges may apply for any damage to the rental equipment, as outlined in the Rental Agreement.

4. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your shipment arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 10 days of receiving your order. We will assist in resolving the issue, which may include a refund or replacement.
